    Tariff Policy and Shipping Adjustments

    To ensure transparency, please review the following details:

    Tariff Inclusion for China Imports (Sea Freight):

  • All orders shipped via sea freight from China have import tariffs and customs fees fully covered by us. Customers will not need to pay additional duties.

    However, only the 8L Personal Oxygen Concentrator for Home is shipped via sea freight by default.

    Sea Freight Option:

  • If customers wish to ship other devices via sea freight, please notify us via email, and we will assist with arrangements.

    Tariff Policy for Air Freight & Singapore Shipments:

  • All orders shipped via air freight and from Singapore require customers to cover import tariffs and customs fees. Please check with your local customs office for applicable charges.

    Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Sea Freight: 15–20 business days

    • Air Freight: 5–10 business days

    Shipping Method Adjustments:

  • Due to international tariff changes, we may modify shipping methods to optimize cost and efficiency, which could impact delivery times.

    Customs Clearance Delays:

  • Some shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. Please refer to your tracking information for the latest updates.

  • Order Cancellation Policy

    You may cancel or modify your order before our warehouse begins processing it. Once processing has started, modifications can no longer be made.

    You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason. The cancellation deadline is 30 days from the date you receive the goods, or when a designated third party (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product.

    Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon receipt of returned goods and will be made via the original payment method with no extra fees.

    Additional Notes:

    • Express shipping is unavailable for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

    • Once payment is made, our warehouse requires 1–3 business days to process your order. You will receive a shipping notification upon dispatch.

    • While most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, actual delivery may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please check tracking updates for the most accurate delivery date.

    • If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact customer service within 45 days of the order date. For other order, product, or logistics-related inquiries, please contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

    • Express shipping orders will be shipped via USPS, DHL, or FedEx, while international orders will be handled by local couriers based on the destination country and region.

    • Some products are shipped domestically within China, while others are dispatched from our international warehouse in Singapore using secure logistics.

    • We offer free worldwide shipping with no minimum purchase required.
