Refund and Returns Policy

Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date you received the Goods or from the date a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, without any fees for reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.

  • The Goods are unused and undamaged and remain in their original packaging.

Non-returnable Goods:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, deteriorate rapidly, or are expired.

  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Please send the Goods to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, please contact us. We only replace Goods if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
